I was excited upon receiving this item but it definitely needs to have a warning label edges are extremely sharp , I sliced my finger as I was trying to peel the adhesive tape to install , unfortunately I had to return it it did not fit correctly and i cut my finger as I was trying to install it

Unlike many of the faux carbon fiber add-on accessories, this is made from stamped metal, not plastic. It easily hides the peeling "chrome" from the cup holders in the center console of the car. However, the double sided tape that comes pre-installed does not seem to be thick enough to make adequate contact with the car and so it does not stick at all. I added some additional double sided tape on top of the existing tape, and it worked great. Time will tell if it comes loose, but it seems very solid. Since it is metal, the edges can be quite sharp. Overall a good product that could be better.

The packaging and the personal note totally takes the cake! I will seek out this seller for all future Mustang items purchased! Fit very well and exceeded my expectations on the sturdiness, installation and appearance.

The adhesion on this is awful and it constantly pops up on one side. Overall the fitment just isnt very good.

goes great in a 2016 mustang. the fitting is great. super easy to put in. brings the whole thing together. 10/10!also, the packing was super cute and loved the little added mustang symbol!

like many others my 2016 mustangs silver cupholder was peeling, this is a cheap fix. my biggest complaint is it's not a flush fit at least on the model I received some portion stick out further and it's irregularly shaped, the adhesion is cheap more than likely will need to add more in the future. otherwise looks pretty cool.

Definitely an upgrade to stock trim on cup holder
