I was worried about the pads, but it comes with vent pads, i think its a Shimano J03A (resin ones)

Missing parts
I have ordered front and rear XT brakes front came complete in the XT box the rear did not came in his XT box and with missing parts that is not cool at all missing parts on the picture!!
