The figures are your standard fare, paint jobs are unique, the chief has battle damage that hasn't been shown on previous figures. The hunter is my main reason for buying this set.The wasp build is pretty fun. I'd say an hour for an experienced adult and everything is built. Some of the wasp components are details and as such will come off easily but that's typical for mega. It's also a bit smaller than I expected but the canopy is the same from the previous wasp set. Far as I can tell.The shade turret is interesting. The ring framework is a flexible laminate. Not really liking that but it works. You can also build it to have shielding or not. The shield pieces are really cool. Very detailed.So for $40 (not $65 or $100) as of September 2021 this is a fair deal.Based on past prices here's my personal opinion on value breakdown:-marine and grunt $3/ea =$6-highly detailed chief and hunter $5 ea =$10-$15 considering this hunter is ONLY in this set-shade turret $5-wasp =$15-$19 it's kinda small-spare parts =$2-$3If you see anyone selling higher than $40 before January 2022 I'd hold my money. Don't encourage scalpers.
