Unfortunately, from the first second i opened the box i saw some spot on the machine that i had to wipe hard to clean them off!Then the fun started!!! After turning on the machine for the first time, the descaling indicator went on, i owned other machines from Delonghi, like magnifica and dinamica plus and never had such encounter to ask you to descale from the first second you turn it on!After going through the descaling process, the option to make coffee with milk drinks is never lit up, the same as other people have complained about! I followed all the setup instructions very carefully, but still the milk system doesn’t work. The light doesn’t even turn on.To make it worse, we have ordered 100 capsules, and now we cannot return them as we tried to use couple of them to get the machine to work.Very disappointing experince. I am trying to return it now.

I wanted to share my feedback regarding the product I purchased. Unfortunately, I did not like it compared to the one I just bought. I found it to be too complicated, and it did not last even six months before needing repairs. Additionally, when I requested an invoice, I did not receive one. I also attempted to contact customer service through Amazon, but it seems that resolving this issue will take time and may incur additional charges. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding this matter
