I am happy that the product looks like the pictire, it wasn't packaged very well and I thought the keys were missing but they were later found. Everything came in working order despite the loss of the box. It did get shipped 3 weeks after I should have revived it though.

We were very excited to receive this machine. After arriving over a week late, we discovered it has missing key parts. The front of the candy dispenser doesn’t have covers and all bolts are missing as well. Such a disappointment.

I bought two of these to add to my vending business and I was worried due to the negative reviews, but I am beyond happy. The keys are pretty cheap, so I am changing out the locking mechanism, but other than that these are great machines. You do need a wrench to screw in the base, but other than that everything is pre-assembled which makes it easy. The bolts were a little hidden - SO DON'T ACCIDENTILY THROW THEM OUT. I almost did.
