Brilliant white light

The idea of this light is exactly what I wanted. The only downside is that one must disassemble it to install it. When I snapped it back together the white light worked perfectly but I could not get the red to dim at all. I tried several times but could not get the red to dim

Not a warm white, but works really well. Might be the only dimming dome around.
