This headset has made my job more pleasant with out a stiff neck from holding the phone all day. I hear the callers so clearly now. I have been sharing this information with other staff that want to get a headset. The price is phenomenal. It doesn't break the bank. It is superior in quality. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I am sure some of my colleagues have ordered the headset as well.

These headphones are pretty decent. They work fine but I do find myself pressing the earpiece to my ear to hear people better ven with the phone volume all the way up because my office can have a lot of background noise. They are fairly comfortable but I do occasionally feel like they are a tad tight and it would be nice if the part without the earpiece had some padding as well, but for the price they do the job!

I use this headset regularly at work (this is a backup). It works well. People seem to be able to hear me well and I can hear them. It's not the most comfortable, but it could be worse. Fit seems good (I have a wide head, so anyone with a normal head should be fine). Volume control is good. I like the little bit of noise cancelling on the ear piece. It makes it easier to block out the noise around me. Very lightweight which is probably my favorite part of this headset.

The headset part is made for a small head. I am a petite female, and the piece that sits on your head is extremely uncomfortable, it is so tight & pressure that it made me have terrible headache. I couldn't use it even tho without it, I get bad neck pain, its not worth it to have a headache like that. The piece is very rigid and hard and there is NO padding or anything. Other than that, it was easy to install, easy to detach, sound was good. Would have been a 5 star if not for the small size & extremely uncomfortable

I had a hard time finding headset that works with my work phone T42S. This one does work, but I have a lot of customers that say I sound far away or say it sounds like I am in a tunnel. Still using it till I find something better, I talk loud.

I can receive calls and I hear the humming I associate with noise cancellation but people tell me they still can hear the noise behind me. In fairness, I bought these because of the call center reviews I read but am attributing my background noise of 2 toddlers to that. Maybe an unfair comparison but I am unsure what noises are being cancelled. The calls that come through are clear and no one says they can’t hear me but they also say they can hear noises behind (TV, etc.). Shipping was fast and product looked as advertised. Shipped in box product comes in. I’ll try in my office setting but that’s only two other people. I’ll update review if performance changes in that setting.
