I had purchased the 19mm inserts before for my Elvie OG pumps and they covered the suction holes pretty bad. These 17mm fit perfectly if you don’t push them in all the way to where the flared end is flushed with the shield. These have helped my pumping journey a lot!

I had no idea I needed these until my LC measured me in the hospital and suggested I buy a smaller flange for my Spectra- however, my husband found these and they’ve been so great. I ended up ordering a second paid for my other pump. No cracked nipples!!

These are very comfortable and fit inside my Spectra cara cups very well. They fall out if I tip the cups all the way over but that's to be expected. I recently got measured at 15mm so I'll be getting this same kind but smaller as I really like them. First time pumping so I haven't tried any other types/brands of inserts.

These work great w my elvie. Didn't have to do much other than insert, stick on elvie then worked like a charm.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these!!! Flange size is so important and these saved my pumping sanity. I use them in my Elvie 24mm flanges daily. They also fit in all my other 24mm flanges (motif twist and Medela hand pump). I measure 14mm before pumping.

East to clean, fits my nipples, and works with Madela and Spectra flanges.

These don't work at all. They fall right out of the flanges.

After purchasing the harder Maymom inserts, and reading reviews of the “softness” of these inserts vs Maymom I decided to purchase. As other reviewers have noted the 17 mm insert is not the correct size and is much larger. Upon receiving them I measured their 17 mm and the sizing is actually 19 mm. I would recommend sizing down.
