They fit well in shoes. Helped somewhat for my foot problem. Tend to slip in shoe when walking great distances.

Delivers as Promised!
My husband likes these so much (he has a heel spur, and a spur on the side of his foot. These inserts relieved all the pain for him -- so, I ordered him a second pair. They work great! Great product, fair price.

Good comfort
These feel really good, cool to your heel with nice support that isn’t too thick like heel cups can be. Watch the size though. I didn’t realize I ordered different sizes from the description.

great product however the inserts tend to slide around the shoe a lot. however when in the right position this work a treat

Not very comfortable
These heel pads may work for some, but they put too much pressure in the wrong place for my heel spur pain. They did not stay in place. I just cannot recommend these heel pads.
