Fantronix 150/80mm Universal Plastic Duct Pipe Reducer Connector Adaptor (3 4 5 6 Inch 80 100 125 150 mm for Extractor Fans Also Available), Cooker Hood and Ventilation Units

AEG cooker hood. Male fitting supplied with the hood slipped perfectly into this adaptor. Took a little finessing with some sand paper but done the job with little effort. Sealed the join with gorrila tape. 4" end accommodate with a little effort as Flexi pipe was a little tight fitting over the end but slowly stretched to form a comfortable seal. Again finished off with gorrila tape. It's a solid moulding very rigid construction and as it fitted without compromise I'd say it was great value. Longevity is not something I can comment on having just fitted it but it seems well made and I see no reason why it wouldn't last for many years. Happy buyer here.

Could do with a weee bit longer smaller pipe partNot their fault per say but we have a switch fir extractor fan right by the vent in the wall. So with its very short insertion bit we had to go to a lot of effort to 3D print an extension piece to make this work, which was a shame. Other than that reasonable quality true to size

Used during the summer on the air conditioner unit, was very easy to connect to a 4" longer duct and run it out the window.

Fitted inside the pipe but not the fan so I had to cut 2 slots in it to push it in but worked ok.

It is exact, so connections very tight

is what it is, sturdy but needs a coupler to fit directly to a 6 inch fan solid duct, i just used gaffer tape and butt jointed it.

It is a good quality product the problem is it should be slightly bigger so it fits over the outlet pipe or slightly smaller so it would fit inside

Sturdy little reducer that fits well and feels durable. Installation was quick and hassle-free—just needed the right connectors. Works great for my extractor fan setup. One star off only because it doesn’t come with the extra adapter some setups need.
