This worked great with a 1.5" pvc pipe for installing a Cane Creek Crown Race on my new fork.

does not install crown race
I am struggling to find the right tool to install the crown race (the ring that the sealed headset bearing sits on) for my Cane Creek IS52. This part has the same shape as the crown race itself and thus is the exact inverse of what I need to install the crown race. I don't know what this is supposed to be for as no one should be using the bearing to press a headset cup in or something, which is what this tool enables. I am planning to roll my own and probably turn down a piece of stock on the lathe or something.
