Men's Rebuild Internal Cleansing 300 caps

I have used this cleanse for years. I swear by it, but PLEASE be aware of what a cleanse does. If you are not accustomed to them, do not take this right before work for instance. If used correctly and wisely though, this will help you be SO much more comfortable after a couple of days. Less gassy, less smelly in the bathroom, less bloated, etc. not to mention I’m always shocked by how a couple of days into it, I feel thinner and lighter, as if I can bend and move a little easier. I’ve done a few different cleanses, and for price and results, I choose this.

Husband loved this cleanse. He used it for 2 weeks as it is a cleanse that requires one be at home or near a restroom frequently. He also uses it after vacation and comes home feeling like he needs to detox for a day or two. I used it twice on two separate days in the evening, and it does make your stomach rumble for the next entire day. I wouldn't take this if I had to be at work for 8 hours on my feet and in meetings, but only on a week-end.

I'm not a big believer in these cleanses and 30 days seemed like too long but after 6 days I started feeling and looking leaner and using the restroom daily without any issues. It does not have a laxative effect meaning I didn't have to worry or feel I have to go. It's very subtle and I'd use it again

The system seems to work even in shorter spans of eight or nine days. Unlike other cleansing systems, this one doesn't make you feel groggy. The 'rebuild' part of the system seems to work well and keeps the digestive system working properly. This system only works if you drink lots of water throughout the day, otherwise you will get a headache and may not notice any benefit. We were vegetarians already but the system still helped clean out my system and, after a week, I felt more energetic and less weighed down.

I took as the instructions said wasn't a difference or any weight lost
