Great tape, if you train in BJJ or any other martial arts. I usually wear it on my fingers after splitting the tape in half so the strip is thinner. The roll also last longer this way. Anyway, It support my fingers when they are a little banged up so that I can continue sparring. You can also wear it on the wrist or wherever needed.

I hated the feel of other sports tapes on my bat as grip. I bought this to use on my fungo bat for baseball. This stuff works perfectly! I will definitely buy War Tape again!
