It's not working and I got damaged product there no return option and I am not able to exchange that product and also worst product, iam unable to claim the worrenty

Earphones lasted for 1 year 5 months
These earphones are really good. The sound is decent and the mic catches whatever one speaks quite good as well, better than similar priced earbuds at least.If you sleep wearing these earphones, and turn towards the left where the mic is then your voice won't be captured.After 1 year and 5 months, the right side has stopped working today. The earlier OnePlus earphones had also lasted 1 year and 5 months for me. Guess this is the average lasting time of this product.Overall a decent value for money buy.

It's good but somehow it doesn't feel as solid as the 1st version that came out. Feels slightly cheaper. But it isn't bad.

Great Headphones All round
First in ear headphones that fit me perfectly and even after long periods of use are still comfortable. The sound quality is the best I've heard on in ear headphones and the nice touches like the magnetic buds connecting and disconnecting to start and stop music is so handy. And the quality of the materials is so nice. I can confidently say they're the best in ear headphones I've ever tried personally. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

I already gone through the product reviews but still bought it but unfortunately I received the item defective from right side the head fone

noise cancellation , noise cracking wifi drop
noise cancellation is very poor and when I was on call and talk with someone on WhatsApp or normal call voice is cracking and drop WiFi in between so many times.๐
