Flymo EasiGlide Plus 300V Hover Collect Lawn Mower - 1700W Motor, 30cm Cutting Width, 20 Litre Grass Box, Folds Flat, 10m Cable Length

Had to return this item. Bad design with cable over fan needing to be manoeuvred into place each time to ensure it did not affect grass box sitting correctly in position. Orange grass box lid did not sit correctly and did not latch or click into place so could easily have come open and grass spewed out - not sure if this was a faulty machine or just a bad design fault with the flimsy plastic. Not the standard I would have expected from Flymo having had their lawnmowers over very many years. Disappointing.

Very easy and lightweight.

Cuts grass adequately. Gets through blades and washers too quickly. Good price i suppose.

We've always used flymo so when buying for our son it made sense

Great value, works perfectly. A tiny little note, which may just be a slight fault. When assembling, 2 hooks are supplied that you have to bolt onto the side of one of the bars. The would be to wrap the power cord around neatly. The holes to allow the screw through were only done properly on one side of the bar - I've just wrapped the power cord around the two poles instead but just in case anyone has the same issue.

I have had a previous machine for many yearsAnd i was so pleased with it that I bought an identical one.The only problem i had with it was that there was a split in the handle when i received it which i tried to report to Amazon but was unable to contact them. I’m not sure where flymo has gone wrong with this one there is nothing easy about it and it certainly doesn’t glide.1st issue is it doesn’t hover properly more just slides on the grass this is dispute following all the troubleshooting steps! It was hard work to push and would regularly get stuck requiring even more force to push. It wasn’t even due to the length of the grass as I tried again 2 days later just to see if that was the issue2 the easy empty grass box is anything but, the cheaper models you lift the flap and pull out the basket and easily dump the bail of grass out, where as this one you just pull it out but then have to vigorously shake the grass out the small opening.3 the build quality leaves allot to be desired, the handle seems like super thin tube the pull handles flex like they are rubber. The grass box (specifically thee clear but) doesn’t look like it’s going to last very long. And the whole thing feels cheap.4 it’s super hard to clean. Why have flymo designed the mower with so many nooks for grass to collect in that are also to small you can’t get you fingers in to pull it out, grass stick and stains the window of the collection box so overtime this will become pointless. Again all the plastics seem to absorb the green of the grass and stain.5 on the second use there was also a new noticeable rattle noiseThe one positive I will give this mower is it did seem to cut well though I didn’t use any spacers and it seemed quite shore so I’d hate to think how short it would be if I had.My personal advice would to be avoid this one flymo obviously don’t care about quality these days it seems.
