For the slight overpronator
These are very good insoles for a supportive nature, especially with a neutral shoe this gives a bit more support without having to buy a brand-new full support overpronating shoe

Decent but not much support for flat feet.
Decent but not much support for flat feet if you over pronate, they have good cushioning though.

I was not happy about this purchase
This item didn't come up in the female size at all so I was not able to fit it in my shoes. Usually you're able to cut it to ajust the size but they were no pre-drawned lines to help you with this so it didn't work. I was not happy about this purchase.
