Works great Highly Recommended
I have been using the Guardline system for over 5 years. I have 2 receivers ( one for upstairs and one for downstairs) and 4 sensors. The 2 receivers and 4 detectors works together and is in synch with each other. Only had a few problems over the years. Customer service was great when there was a issue. Inside the sensor you can adjust the senistivety of motion and distance, also a reset button. Several years ago had high humity issues and the alarm continue to go off. So I took it apart and let it air dry in the house for a few days. Then I put a small moisture absorber inside the sensor (ex. The ones you can find in pill bottles, vitamins, etc). As a extra precaution I used plumbers thread tape on the backing of case. Also I use package tape to cover the screw holes to prevent Dirt filling the holes either by insects or time. Had the holes pack like a dirt dobber before. No issues since I did these extra steps. Batteries last a long time , change out probably about once a year or a little longer. I use Duracell. I have the brown sensors. 2 sensors are at least 300 feet from house, one at 25 feet and one sensor at backdoor. Detect motion at least 100 feet. On most sensitive setting the wind blowing a flower can cause a false alarm . Adjust the angle to avoid plants or put sensor in better location or adjust the senistivety. This product provides a great sense of security when someone or a animal comes onto your area of concern. I use this system with a camera system. So when guardline gives alarms I can look at the camera for visual. A complete package.

Easy to install, Great Detection
I read many reviews prior to ordering. I have installed the equipment ( about 2 months ago ) and so far am very pleased with the appearance and the operation. The first thing that I was surprised by was an e-mail from the Company thanking me for the purchase, reminding me of the warranty and giving me easy contact if I wanted to talk with them for any reason. I had no problem with installation. If you would like much more information and instructions just go to Guard line's web site, and YouTube. Much more there than comes with your Equipment. The detectors are transmitting up to 200 feet and through 2 wood walls in my case. It may do more, but I have not needed to do that so far.I really have no cons to mention. I would and have recommended this to friends. I do plan on coming back and adding to my review after another few months. Note, you do want to plug the Receiver into permanent power, the batteries are only for power outage, and will not last long in the Receiver. However, Batteries in Sensors have worked fine so far.

Okay but BEWARE
The sensors are okay. As others have stated they drop after a couple of weeks and you have to re-point them. Also, there product support is Absolutely HORRIBLE. Some of my sensors the white plastic covering the sensor eye has deteriorated and broke into pieces. They have no replacement parts to fix these. I called support and they say to buy a new sensor. Why should I spend $40 on a new sensor for a plastic part that should be a few cents???? They just want to get us to buy more sensors. If you are okay with this then go for it.

Some units worked, others didn't
I purchased 4 sensors (500 foot) and the rcvr. 2 of the sensors didn't work out of the box. One wouldn't power up, the other was stuck on one melody and couldn't be re-programed to another melody. Sent the 2 back that didn't work and got 2 replacements. Replacements worked fine. So I am rating 4 stars for the hassle of having to replace 2 of the sensors. Other than that the system works as advertised and is a nice addition to our security system.

Works Well For Me!
Installed a Guardline Driveway Alarm at driveway gate. It does work well, enough that I am able to tell what is at the gate, a vehicle or a couple of crazy deer running back and forth at the gate. I have long driveway and fenced yard to keep my dog inside his yard. It isn't always convenient to have to respond to folks knocking at the door from salesmen to politicians, etc. I also know when UPS or FedEx come in to deliver a package. Never a wet parcel or one left outside on the porch. I am satisfied with the alarm & sensor. It is easy to install. The only thing I found annoying is those tiny screws used to access the battery compartment. Drop one & you are in trouble. I recommend not changing the batteries outside, in place.

Works on 915MHz and not 914.8 MHz as my old ones and receiver does.
Love the driveway monitor. Had a set for years. However, ordered these two replacement sensors and they operate at 915.0 MHz. My old receiver and sensors worked on the 914.8 MHz frequency. So, the new sensors will NOT pair with the old receiver. I see no dip swithces to set for frequency change. A little warning from the seller could have prevented this mix-up. May need to check your inventory and see if all of them are on this new frequency. So, I will either have to buy a new receiver or see if I can find two that operate on the 914.8 MHz frequency.

New sensors not compatible with older receivers.
These units work great for 3 years. My sensors failed due to my own fault of not changing batteries every year. So I bought a new sensor, would not pair, bought another sensor, same problem. Well after an hour with tech support I found out they changed frequencies of the units a year ago. Therefore the new sensors will not work with the older receiver. So now trashing all the old equipment and buying new. I would give it a 5 star due to how well it worked until now but it should not have taken an hour on the phone with customer service to find out they made this change and didn't tell anyone. Wonder how many people are returning sensors for this reason??????
