My podiatrist recommended these because I have plantar fasciitis and they work great to support my feet and reduce pain. I buy a new pair every six months as they wear out.

Love that I can wear these with sandals and loafers. Helps immensely with my plantar fasciitis.

I had ball of foot pain due to bunion, flat feet, and pronation. I had a hard time walking in heels and flats. I wore Pinnacle my sneakers and the PowerStep 3/4 inserts in my work shoes. My pain disappeared! I walked 11 mi in a single day while on vacation. These are definitely great and easy to pick the type I need!

I purchased a pair of the PoweStep pink pinnacle, full length for my running shoes & work shoes (which are amazing)so I had high hopes for these! Unfortunately they must be geared towards people with wide feet. I wanted them for my heeled boots & possibly some heels but the metatarsal area is really wide and doesn’t fit. I do like this brand because they offer a “neutral arch.” So many of the inserts hurt and these don’t, but they are going back.

I have a Morton’s neuroma so I need orthotics in all my shoes. It’s often hard to fit other bulkier orthotics into boots, but these fit really well. My feet aren’t cramped in my shoes but I still get nice arch support. I will probably get separate metatarsal pads too since the material that’s usually under the ball of the foot is the part that’s pretty much missing (to help the inserts fit into shoes) but after using these in my boots about 10 times I don’t have more pain at the end of the day than I do with any other orthotics.
