Cute for the 4th of July season. Placed them in a wood carved basket and they blended right in with the rest if my old vintage country July 4th decor.

These balls are nice in my country decor kitchen - but they "shed" string

These made great filler pieces for Memorial, Independence Day or any occasion calling for stars!

now these i will leave out as decor rest of year, they are just cute country type decorations, can do so much with them

They have the rustic appearance I wanted, but were frayed when I got them and more so after they were handled. I did trim them but once they were handled again, there was more fraying. I am going to try spray starch to see if that will prevent further fraying but if that doesn't work, I will try mod podge.
