Failed after 2 months
Due to the installation process on this specific keyboard, it is not a simple one. Rivets and abnormal mounting makes this a "bear" of a keyboard to replace. It's bad enough once, but twice?? Keyboard failed after just two months..shorted and wouldn't allow laptop to power on. Disconnect ribbon cable and laptop fires right up. No warranty from manufacturer and no help after contacting. Had to fight with amazon to get a replacement. Very disappointed. We are an IT company and buy many of Sunmalls products...not anymore!
