BrowFood Eco Precision 2-Tone Brow Pencil with Refill, Blonde, 0.4g

I love this pencil. I have no qualms with it. The color is very natural and it's easy to use. However! I did not receive the pencil AND a refill - I only received the pencil. Apparently, Amazon does not want to hear anything about it. The only option is to request a refund and ship it back to them, which is not worth the time or money considering that I like the product. Would I purchase again? Absolutely - from another website, NOT from Amazon.

I use this all the time and the color looks very natural.

Received it dry and falling apart.
