Bought 2, one for my son and the other for my niece, and both were in brand new condition. They also came with a pump and a bag. Great quality for the price. The glow is also bright!

It was worth the money because the quality is really good, plus it looks great! And yes it does glow in the dark but you do have to put it in the sunlight or under a regular household light bulb for it to glow.
