Will this work with a Gladiator that has a spray in bed liner?

No it will not. It’s been a year since I’ve tried, but I think it was because the spray covered up the holes needed to mount to the side.

Do the plastic pieces that connect it to the top of the bed come with it and do they fit the stock threaded holes on the Gladiator bed?

The pieces that came with it did not fit my truck, however they quickly sent replacements. I sent pics, they sent replacements. May be worth giving them a heads up first.
