These peppers have a nice flavor and are in a very nice marinade, but if you want to make them outstanding, elevate them with some seasoned cream cheese. Take all of the peppers out of the jar and keep the remaining marinade in the jar. Soften a half to 3/4 of a brick of cream cheese. Season the cream cheese with some garlic powder and any other herb or seasoning that you love. Take a very small spoon like a salt spoon, and scoop the cream cheese mixture into the peppers and pack them tight. When they're all filled up, put them back in the original marinade and refrigerate. They are absolutely amazing!

I discovered these peppers while watching a recipe on TV. They are sweet and spicy, but not overly so. I chopped them up with onion, garlic and cilantro to serve as a side to a fish and shrimp dish. It was a huge hit with my friends. The juice is wonderful, too, for adding to deviled eggs or for spooning over a salad.

It is O.K.. Would like much more if it was thicker.
