We purchased the National N211-023 Hook & Staple to secure the lid of our deck box, which is quite light and we were concerned that a good wind would blow the top off to parts unknown. Don’t be deceived by the size description - that is the size of the cardboard to which the hook & staple is packaged. The hook itself is 1-5/16-inch long. The dark oxidized finish matched our black deck box well, and the provided matchin-colored screws were just what we needed. I’m very happy with the results - no wind is taking our deck box lid!

Screws that were included stripped very easily. I found the metal to be of less than standard. You get what you pay for sometimes
