I've been using this adjustable bed wedge pillow for a while now, and it’s made a huge difference in my sleep quality. The adjustable design makes it super easy to find the perfect angle, and once I’m settled in, it keeps me comfortably propped up all night. It's been a game-changer for my breathing—no more struggling to sleep due to congestion—and I haven't had a single episode of acid reflux since I started using it. The only downside is the size—it does take up quite a bit of space and can be a little awkward to move around. But honestly, the comfort and health benefits far outweigh that one drawback. If you’re dealing with reflux or need to sleep at an incline for any reason, this wedge pillow really works wonders.

Very nice and high quality. Although the velcro was half sewn on.I had to fix it.

For some reason I had a really difficult time trying to figure out how the smaller wedge fits into the bigger pillow, but I got it figured out and my husband seems to think it's really comfortable so far
