I do not see an option for large or small size. we need large for bari sax. how do i ensure the right one is ordered?

I don't know. I would think it would specify the reed it is made for. The one I purchased is for Bb Clarinet. There's no way Bari Sax reeds would fit in it.

Does this case prevent reeds from warping?

So what happens is that when you insert the reed into one of the pockets, the case takes the shape of the reed, and occationally needs to be pressed down. Once doing this, it keeps the reed in place, and the reed does not warp.

Can reeds easily fall out of this case?

Nope, totally secure in the one they sent me. Even shaking it didn't dislodge a reed when I tried it today.

The older model of this case created a dent in the heart if the reed if you pushed it in too far. Does this have the same problem?

I just checked my reeds...and no dents. I don’t think that would be a problem because the cover material is soft and flexible.
