Pretty basic, but as expected
I bought this cheap pad, because I wanted to cut it in half, so I could sit the pieces in the crook of my elbows for Zercher Squats. Probably not the best for back squats, high or low bar, but it does the job.

It's ok for a minor amount of relief. Padding could be thicker.
Definetly value for money because it is very cheap but I wouldn't say it relieves the majority of discomfort on hip thrusts. It may be better for squats ect but not quite enough padding to stop the discomfort of a hipthrust.
