Avoiding bright and blue light before sleep
I use this light in my bedside lamp an hour before I go to sleep. It provides just enough light to read, but not enough to disrupt sleep

Perfect Nightlight
For the longest time my daughter wanted to sleep with her light on but I felt like it was too bright. I finally discovered this light bulb and it helped her sleep through the night and now she doesn't ask for the light on anymore! Such a game changer for the "afraid of the dark" phase.

Nice gentle light color
This light is much brighter than expected, I was hoping for more of a dim nightlight. On the plus side, it isn’t a harsh or stimulating blue light of typical lightbulbs. We use it at bedtime for story time then off it goes. Works well for us! Wish we could find the same bulbs for the ceiling fan...

This light has a very gentle glow. It's definitely easier on the eyes than any other bulb. If you are sleep training, this bulb is much too bright for a "nightlight". It's ideal for infants, when you are dealing with frequent feedings and need to see better than a traditional wall plug-in light. I got this for my one year old son to use as a nightlight, but it's much too bright. Instead I use it for gentle light during bedtime stories. It is very soothing for him. I switch the bulb off and use wall plug night lights for sleeping. The glow is so soothing that I'm considering another purchase just for my own reading light.

Really works! Use it for my 6 year old
I absolutely believe in this product. Since putting it in my 6 year old's bedroom I notice that it takes much less time for him to fall asleep. The funny thing is, he didn't even notice I changed the bulb. It does give off a nice, warm yellow/amber glow vs. the old blue light. He will play in his room for at least an hour before bed so I truly believe this is making a difference as his sleep time has moved earlier. He used to get out of bed repeatedly and come to my room for sometimes an hour after I turned out his light but that has not happened once since switching to this light bulb. Now he is "out like a light" literally within 10 minutes of turning his light off. I love this bulb!

Readable light that calms you to rest. Warmest hue I’ve found.
I have this in my bedside floor lamp to read to my children before bed. I also read before I sleep as well. It is bright enough if you are near it.Results: They yawn a bit sooner with this and I myself feel less stimulated. It creates a warm, calming atmosphere. My husband can sleep while I read.Color Temperature: It has a more noticeable orangey yellow hue than any bulb I’ve tried. Huge difference from the GE Relax bulbs, which just look white to me.Dimmable?: The package doesn’t say dimmable but I haven’t tried it in such a source, will update review if I find out.Conclusion: I love it and if it turns out they are dimmable, I will switch many upstairs bulbs to this one.

Too bright.
Too bright for its intended use, I can't turn it on without disturbing my husband, but overall it seems to be a quality product. Nice amber/yellow glow.

Great for baby nursey!
Great addition to baby nursery. Perfect for late night feeding & diaper changes. Does have a yellow glow but you'll get used to it and your tired eyes will appreciate it.
