This concentrated mouth rinse disinfects the mouth and heals gum tissue. It is specific for bleeding, swollen gums, bad breath, receding gums, gingivitis, and hot and cold sensitivity. My periodontist sees results and I have only been using for a couple of weeks. I use a dropper full in my irrigator and also apply it directly with a syringe and cannula attached to direct it where the deeper gum pockets are. Something like this on Amazon: Dental Utility Syringe Curved Tip 12mL / 12cc 50/BX Covidien / Kendall Irrigation Glue Gun MADE IN USA. Run it by your dentist to be sure.
