Q: did avon discontinue selling wash off waterproof mascara?

Not that I am aware of. May I recommend Bambi Eyes eyes washoff mascara. Better than Avon! Sold at Walmart or grocery stores.

Q: What’s the expiration date on them?

I didn't know they had expiration?! I haven't had any issue. They seem fresh when I open one; usually just toss when it's getting clumpy.
