Easy to put together and sturdy.

excellent replacement part
Only problem I had was with screw heads. My phillips and commonscrewdriver heads would not fit tightly in the screw slots. Assemblyof the electrical connectors and wiring was easy.

Works but had to reinstall several times.
After wiring the wires kept coming out. Had to strip wire twice to get it right. Doesn't grip the wire very well.
