Q: Someone wrote that the power supply was not included, and had to be ordered separately, what power supply?

It just needed batteries... everything was included. We LOVE it even a year later! I move this thing all over our house because our daughter puts on concerts :).

Q: Is there an option with two microphones or can you add a second microphone?

Q: We cant seem to get the microphone to work even with the volume controls turned up. Also no sound comes out when phone is plugged in. Any suggestions?

Hi, If the microphone output cannot be heard try:The microphone is not plugged in correctly Ensure that the microphone is connected to the unit firmly and correctly. The microphone is not switched on Turn the On/Off Switch on the microphone to the On position. The microphone volume is low Turn up the microphone volume on the unit using the Microphone Volume Dial.The master volume is low Turn up the master volume on the unit using the Master Volume Dial.
