I suffer terribly from extreme heat. I actually fainted several times because of it. Prior to over-heating I would get a senstion of waviness, feeling of nausea and extreme body heat. I add this to my water before working out and while I'm outside on the go in the heat. I love the variety pack of different flavors. The electrolyte packets are a true game changer for me. They work effectively and I do not get that funny light-headed, nauseas feeling anymore. The powder mixes well, the flavors are delicious without a fake after taste and I always feel well hydrated during a hard workout. No stomach upset for me, but I'm not hyper sensitive to anything much anyway. Definitely recommend.

Tried the cranberry packet as a sample and ordered the Lemonade version on their website, came to Amazon and ordered the variety pack , great investment for what you get many different flavors so far Grape and Raspberry been my favorite, I got a separate bottle I ordered on Amazon just so I can drink my electrolytes, the recommended is one packet a day , it a little high in sodium and this is sweet but not overpowering, just enough to get you going in your day put one with ice or in the fridge when you come back from work or school. Great Electrolytes, happy with my purchase

This is the best trading sugar free electrolyte drink i have ever purchased. I drink it every day. It mixes very well and I feel completely hydrated. I don't think it's salty like most. All the flavors are good but the cherry pomegranate is my favorite. I never have any side effects either.

Normally electrolyte powders tend to be too salty tasting when diluted. This Ultima brand is not like that. A light flavor that we really enjoyed and the electrolytes made us feel so much better physically. We had more stamina and felt better balanced. It mixes up well in water and was not clumpy at all. This is my first time tasting a powdered version of electrolytes and I must say it is very light and tasty. No syrupy at all. I was doing some house work and this hit the spot and kinda helps promote drinking more water. I bought the blue raspberry and will probably try the other flavors. Packaging is great and for the price if you break it down it like a approximately a dollar and some change so it worth it.
