I’ve had this for a while and works great! Sticks pretty well to my mat during hot yoga/pilates. Since this is a light color you can definitely see ur sweat on it so if ur extra extra sweaty like me keep that in mind

UPDATE (12/19/17): This is my hands down favorite hot yoga towel. It is the exact same size as my standard mat and it doesn't budge during hot yoga, which is all I can ask for. I put it through the washer and dryer in a mesh bag and it cleans up just fine. It hasn't shrunk and the bottom is still grippy. The day I was going to buy more, they took it down and I was DEVESTATED. I needed another one, so I bought a different brand that was semi-similar and I was so disappointed. It didn't even come close to this one. Then they put them back up and I was so relieved! Going to buy several more right away as backups. I used this as an emergency travel mat on my recent four day vacation. I practiced yoga every day of the four days using this towel instead of a regular mat, and I was pretty impressed. Pros: Grippy underside means that it didn't move at all through my practice (I used it on a rug on top of hardwood). It's thin and was easy to fold up and toss in my suitcase--the size and thickness of a few t-shirts once it was folded. No smell out of the package. Seems easy to clean. The grey was a nice color. Cons: It was thin to the point of being able to see light through it if you hold it up, so if you're doing anything on hardwood with just this as your mat, don't expect any softness or support for your hands, back, or knees. A little bit slippy if you don't wet it down first/if you're not sweating as this is intended for hot yoga. If you're using this on top of your regular mat for hot yoga (it's intended use), I wouldn't see any problems with it. The material is soft, absorbs sweat, and becomes more grippy the more you sweat. If you're using this as a travel mat, it works.

I use it for inferior hot pilates, which is a type of pilates that takes places in a heated (85-90ish), humid room that incorporates HIIT movements, interval training, and cardio exercises. It holds up and only starts to move—and only slightly—when I'm doing exercises like plank jacks and mountain climbers. Other than that, during other exercises like planks, pilates crunches, bicycles, scissors, squats, etc., it doesn't move for me. I rarely have to adjust it, which allows me to focus on my workout!! Also, I prefer the fabric to other hot yoga towels' because it doesn't have that weird, soft texture that they generally do, and feels more like a regular fabric (for lack of better words), while also being just as absorbent. 5/5 starts for its utility. One con - I'm not sure what their environmental and labor policies are and couldn't find info on their website—although, admittedly, I didn't search for too long. I've sent an email asking them and will update my review when I hear back. I don't want to support a company that pays unfair wages to their employees and who destroys the environment, especially when the product is used for yoga! So long as they have good standards here, 5/5 stars total!

I’m mediocre on this have used it 3 times now. is it great no does work for most part yes it is worth the price my other towel is twice the price and much softer though.
