Overall good product. Not loud enough IMO
The sound quality might be a little bit improved over the SM10 but still the volume level is not enough. Also the spinning wheel is very flat and hard to find and operate with gloves in my opinion compared with SMH 10 which is bulkier and easier to find and spin. I’m not too sure if there is any substantial change in noise reduction levels due to the more flat design.Depending on the helmet putting the clamp on can be vary from very easy to very difficult. I do have a Schubert C3 Lite modular and the slider for the sunvisor came in the way so I had to move the clamp further back which made it a bit odd to use. I still have to find it and keep looking for it.

Mediocre sound quality with build quality issues.
The battery life is decent. Easy to operate with gloves on.The sound quality is pretty sub-standard, even for a basic model. The foam seal (for waterproofing) on the clip fixed to the helmet tends to disintegrate easily. Bits started to come off after about 3 - 4 times of use. I have had it for about two years now and the foam has disintegrated completely.Next time I would go for a more robust model/brand that delivers better sound quality. It’s lacking greatly on the 10S.

hard to group pair and poor headphone sound
if you are lucky, you can pair with other 2 riders. sometimes it does not connect. also, sound quality drops in higher speed. in local roads, even if i go about 45mph, i have a hard time understanding what others are saying. i only got sena because others had sena but i wanna switch to cardo. i dont recommend sena :(

Can't hear the damn thing!
I've got a new Harley Pan America. The bike pairs with the Sena 10S o.k., and my Android phone o.k.But, the dial on the side of the 10s is hard to work with gloves on. And, more importantly I can't hardly hear it even though bike volume and 10s volume are turned all the way up.My helmet is an HD J9 and all the wiring was very good.Strangely, incoming phone calls have no problem. Outgoing calls don't work as well.

Very good buy!
This is a great headset. Once you get the timing right for connecting with another headset, it’s great. We use the headsets to communicate on motorcycle rides. Battery usage is good - the charge gets me through a whole day of riding. Very happy with this purchase.
