Fit was good

I bought this as a first life jacket purchase to go kayaking in, maybe do some fishing while I'm kayaking. I wanted something with pockets and liked the idea of a mesh top. When I first got it I felt like it was a bit tight or sat up a little higher than I expected. I haven't worn a jacket in years. First time out on the kayak I felt pretty good. No problems paddling, stored some things in the pockets, etc. Snug but felt good in the boat. I'm a medium build, wearing medium t-shirts and such. I usually go for a 40 chest size. The medium felt nice. If I was a 42, would have probably wanted a large. Overall I would say it's a nice jacket for the price.

I use this as a work vest. It's held up pretty well in the work environment except the stitching in the pockets has come undone and is frayed badly at the pocket opening. It's hot in hot weather.

It does allow for more air in the mesh portion. I still get obnoxiously sweaty on the lower portion. Overall, it is more comfortable around my neck and the pockets are useful.

Product is well made, however it is kind of stiff for a fishing vest. Also runs small, I ordered the small size for my daughter and it was tight. Small does not fit 32-36" chest as advertised.

Good product as expected.

Works great. Make sure you go to the mfgrs. website and look at their sizing charts before purchasing. If I had not, it would not have fit properly.
