Quik Shade Marketplace MP100 10'x10' Instant Canopy - White

This is a good canopy BUT the reason I bought this one was because in the customer questions, it asks "can one person set this up? " the answer was yes..... THE ANSWER IS NOOOOOO! I had to cancel an event and loose booth rent because it needs 2 People.

Probably should have given 1 star but I’m feeling generous I guess. Very difficult to set up compared to others I’ve used. It takes 2 people because the side bars are so difficult to get extended and straight. Would not recommend this awning.

We purchased several of the QUICK SHADE "MARKETPLACE" canopies through the past few years and even have one that is 12 years old. This most recent one that was delivered to us in October 014 was obviously inferior quality to the exact older models we had bought previously. One leg would not extend making the unit impossible to set up and the actual canopy did not have any Velcro attachments to secure the fabric top to the frame. In a light wind or a rain the top would have either blown off or completely ripped because it would not shed water. The previous items we had purchased were not "Made In China" - unfortunately this new one is and the quality is just not there. Another great product reduced to junk by a change of manufacturing vendor!!!

FROM THE MANUFACTURER: The Quik Shade Marketplace MP100 pop-up canopy is built with its own unique frame construction. Some reviewers have confused it with the C100 Commercial canopy. The leg design uses different latches and the ceiling and eave frame structure is lighter then the C100. The Quik Shade C100 Canopy is also available separately on Amazon.
