Not like the originals
This bebinca is like a distant cousin. Similar yet different. It lacks the finesse of real bebincas. This one is too sweet and layers are too thick.

Just as you'd get it in Goa, minus the travel.
The delicacy is best when it's fresh like most food products, but things like Bolina & this have a very short shelf life, so if you want it fresh & without preservatives, you have to basically ensure you finish it within 3 days of purchase. That's where Costa's comes in as a known & good brand whose Bebinca is not as good as the fresh one, but still pretty good thanks to their packaging. The packaging really plays a big role in ensuring that you can have it at ease & store it when unopened for up to 10x longer. Plus, you save on travel, so this is very much needed!
