For those of us that are diabetic or in need of keeping medical prescriptions cold, this will be your best bet especially if you fly. Earlier this year I flew with a new medication that needed to stay cold as I traveled but I did not have this convenient carrying case. I used a frozen gel pack and wrapped it in that and I was lucky that security let me get by with this as I did not know they had restrictions for something like this. When I arrived at my friends home I was shown a carrying case like this and thought as often as I have to travel I needed to get something similar. I have flown a couple more times this past summer with it and it worked perfectly as well as traveling 1200 miles in a car. The price is reasonable and it does what it needs to do by keeping my medicine cold.

I like the firmness of the case and that the inside allows for good organization. Very good use of space. I used it on a 5 hour trip so far so good. I would recommend.

This bag was just what my son needed! It has plenty of room for his insulin and also some supplies. The ice packs keep everything cold for a long time. I would recommend this.

Got this for gift

The case is worth it. Nice hard sides, protects vials and needles during travel. Ice packs are terrible - lasted less than 4 hours. Medication got warm during 8 hour travel day!

I bought this for traveling with insulin. The case is very nice - sturdy and hard. The interior has a silver insulated lining with mesh pockets for holding contents. The ice packs were pretty much worthless. I froze them for 2 days prior to leaving, but they were totally thawed out when I reached my destination. An alternate ice solution is necessary for any trip over a few hours.
