This thing is AWESOME. I'm a mobile technician and I drive my personal vehicle for work - a modest sized SUV. This folds flat in literally 3 seconds and fits in the back (with the back seats folded down). Random onlookers have asked about it more than once when they see how fast it folds down. I've been using this daily for almost 2 years and not a single issue, other than occasionally needing lube for a squeaky wheel. It carries 100+ pounds of tools and it rolls over everything with ease. There is some lateral play in the cart top which is inevitable due to the design, but I've never been worried about it failing or folding accidentally. While I do transport stuff on the cart top, I wouldn't put anything crazy heavy on it just out of caution, though it does hold my body weight no problem. I havent used the "platform cart" configuration except when first messing around with it. I did notice that it tends to "unlock" itself at the corner where the base and cart top meet. This happens when I push the cart handle forward. Maybe mine just has a weak locking mechanism. This didn't bother me as I never need to use it that way. The only downside is that it's a little awkward to steer until you learn to use it, since the swivel casters are on the back. The handle also doesn't stick out very far past the base, so you end up leaning forward ever so slightly, and sometimes your feet hit the base. It is quite heavy overall and definitely a professional grade product. I love using it at work, and it's also great for holding tools when I'm working on my own car.

I needed a cart that would fit in a job box for a trade show. This cart worked great. Took us a minute to figure out how to collapse it, but after that it works great, and is surprisingly sturdy.

When I received mine, it was missing some of the hardware so I had to go buy more lock washers and nuts to put it together. Once it was assembled, it worked okay for a few days, then started having issues. Mine has a problem with the top layer latching and it keeps falling. The top should support 150 pounds according to its listed capacity, but I can’t even get it to support 50 pounds without the latch failing and the top layer falling down and spilling everything. Something is very wrong. I have used two others of this cart at work and loved it. We piled them with tons of equipment and never had an issue. I bought my own to keep in my truck to move audio gear in and out of venues but the one I received has some major quality issues and didn’t come with all of the hardware to assemble it.

I've been using this for over a year now. I use it to haul photo gear around and while on location I use it for a computer station if I'm shooting tethered (which I do most of the time). Very sturdy, collapses down to just around 7 inches or to 11 inches if you account for the wheels, but is a bit heavy. The locking wheels are way more important than I thought they would be. There's nothing like chasing a cart down an incline that has ten thousand bucks worth of gear stacked on it. Mental note - always lock at least one wheel... The solid wheels are not great in snow. You can jury rig pneumatic tires that are better in snow, but they do add a lot more weight. I attach two Manfrotto magic arms with super clamps to the built in handles. I found the handles to be too close to the wheels and made pushing it a bit unnatural, the magic arms work a lot better - I'd carry magic arms in a bag anyway, may as well use them. After a year of solid use and not being treated all that gently, I can safely say that it's durability is top notch. At first I thought the fold down system looked like it could be the weak point. But it's held up great, no play or looseness at all, it still feels brand new and I think that's darn good. Keep in mind that I figure pretty much any working gear has a useful life of only five years, anything past that is a bonus. I'm confident (hoping anyway) that I'll get another four years out of it. Just as a note, I carry two light bags (can hold up to four 900WS strobes plus accessories and cords) and two stand bags on the bottom shelf, or two light bags, camera bag, one small stand bag and backgrounds stuffed onto the lower shelf. The top shelf always has the computer and sometimes the second stand bag and/or camera bag and a longer backdrop if needed, plus coffee. There's only been a couple times I wish I had more space.

Cart is sturdy and can handle weight of all materials so I have to load on it to do my job. Also, it’s very convenient to load into my work truck since it’s collapsible will buy more as needed.
