I originally liked this product. It tastes good and gives you energy. However, after learning it has artificial sugar (sucralose) in it which permanently destroys your microbiome, I will be returning my last order and no longer using. I started having a sensitive stomach and breaking out so I did some research as to what could be causing these issues. I was drinking 1 to 2 of these a day. Artificial sugar is worse for you than regular cane sugar. It causes many problems that lead to more problems. Avoid anything with artificial sugar in it. If they made this with cane sugar I would buy it.

Great tasting! Smooth mild energy. Great for that afternoon pick me up. Wouldn’t recommend for work outs as it only provides 100mg of caffeine. Price per can is not cost efficient for me so probably won’t buy again. But overall, decent product!

So I wanted to try it because I use the powder versions. If you want convenience this is it. 100mg of caffeine ready to go. Decent taste and doesn’t give you jitters. But I believe the powdered products are more potent.
