very bad product. first of all quantity is very less and other thing is that very less amount of cement in there.

Start with 200ml for the entire packet. Then may add a little keeping in mind the purpose of use.

Can we use this product to make concrete planters, jars?

No you cant..it very soft does not settle.. cement is not settling..poor quality
