Less than expected. But works

I didn't believe the reviews when people complained about the sanitizing liquid pouring over the edge onto the dry carpet area and pouring over the edge all over the floor this is really a piece of crap I just ordered another brand.Above is my original review. Here is the updated review. When you pour liquid on the NEW mat it runs all over the place as noted by many. Here's the deal. Once you have wetted the mat (and dealt with the runover) it works fantastically well. Now you can pour your sanitizing liquid of, 1tsp bleach to 1 cup water, it soaks immediately into the mat without any runover. Note you will on warm days have to replenish the liquid in the afternoon.

I really like this mat. I do have to add liquids quite often. It did get soaked in the rains, even though it’s under a cover. If everyone uses it properly it will be great!

Wonderful, great way of disinfecting shoes before entering the house.

this holds a lot of cleaning solution/bleach water to clean off your shoes. i like that the wet scrubbing part and the carpet drying part come out so they can be cleaned well and cleaned separate from the sort of holding frame around it. it doesn't lay totally flat - one side (where they are set to meet) seems a slight bit lower that the other edge. i do feel i need to keep it on top of another rug since have hard wood floors but overall i really like this one vs numerous others i've tried

Ours leaked from the wet side to the supposed dry side. Even a DIY glue job to prevent cross leaks did not work. Oh well, more detective work and another DIY fix is in order.
