7 Minute Power Abs & Total Body Bean Blaster (DVD)

Item came as expected. Was excited about 7 Minute Abs until I found out about 6 Minute Abs. They claim just as good a workout as the 7 minute folks, but in SIX minutes! From what I can tell, the 7 minute guys are in trouble.

Didn't realize when I bought this tape that the whole thing would revolve around this seat thing that does not come with the tape. I have not used the tape once bc I do not have the seat thing and therefore cannot do the tape correctly. If I had known, I would have bought the seat as well or chosen a different tape. Not a bad price though.

I had used this before buty lost the DVD. Not sure how that happened, I still have the case. I was soooo happy to find it online and for such an affordable price. I love this DVD. Even I can do anyting for only 7 mins.

You need to have an inflatable bean to go with this video. I didn't realize that when I bought the DVD.

These videos are very easy to do and get right to the point. I like them on DVD because I can pause them at appropriate points and exercise at my own leisure.

This video should be very useful at least until somebody invents 6 minute abs.Just ask Ben Stiller's hitchhiker, he will tell you.
