Cat Litter Scoop & Base (Made in USA) (White)

I can’t say enough praises about this scoop. It’s sturdy, comes with a caddy, and it looks sleek and beautifully minimalist to boot, which cannot be said for most cat products!I’ve been trying out a lot of different kind of litter scoops on the hunt for the right one, the one that doesn’t leave dirty scoop exposed (it bothers me when I see people lay it on the floor / lean it against a wall with the shovel part touching the floor) and not too ugly. So I’ve been using the Booda Scoop ‘N Hide, because I liked how the scoop goes into a case when not in use and it doesn’t look bad. The big problem with it is the scooper is way too flimsy and would snap after about 6 months of use. Also, it seems that a metal scooper that fits inside the case is nonexistent.It might sound like an exaggeration, but this scooper literally solved years of searching! It clears all of the hurdles:1. It’s ultra durable2. It has a case it goes into with a part that acts as a lid designed into the scooper, so no part of the dirty scooper is exposed3. It actually looks modern & stylish!I’ve been using it for close to 8 months and it’s so well constructed that it can’t break under normal usage. It also looks so good in my modern decor!The only possible downside is if you like scoopers with longer handles, you might not like this product because the handle is on the short side.For me, it’s the most perfect scooper I could ever have hoped for (I know, I sound so dramatic. But this thing is just so perfect D:UPDATE: I’ve been using this scooper for over 5 years now, and it’s just as good as the day I got it. Compare that with the average 6-7 month life span of Booda Scoops, it’s a testament to how well this product is designed. My opinion still stands; this is still the best litter scoop out there.

I feel silly raving over a cat litter scoop, but this really is a clever little combo. The scoop is well designed to fit into corners of the litter box, and is not flimsy at all. It replaces a solid metal heavy duty scoop and although it's lighter weight, I've had it for two months now and it's proven to be strong enough for the task. It fits so neatly into the base, which collects any litter dust and keeps the floor clean, and the sturdy unit tucks into a corner of the closet, out of the way. Very very happy with this purchase. Worth every penny.

It's pretty pricey considering what it does but that's the only downside. Great quality and looks better than any other poop shovel out there. We have a hidden cat box in a corner with this thing sitting next to it. It's still hidden itself but it's stylish enough that I wouldn't feel so bad if someone accidentally peeked too far and saw it... as compared to others that look like elf sized toilet brush holders. It is very sturdy and feels solid in the hand. I don't have any worries about it breaking so I guess if this is the last scoop I have to buy it will be worth the price.

I can't believe I'm reviewing a litter scoop. And believe me, I thought I was nuts for spending so much on a kitty litter scoop, and really hesitated. But I'm so glad I got it...its the last scoop I'll ever need, so will pay for itself over time. Unlike previous flimsy scoops, I can't imagine that it will ever break; its very sturdy, hard molded plastic. Yes its small, but unless you have a mountain lion, how big of a kitty scoop do you really need? Our litter box sits in our recently remodeled bathroom in an apartment--so I really wanted something unobtrusive that didn't look like a litter scoop, and that would keep litter from being scattered on the floor. This serves the purpose perfectly; you hardly notice it, probably wouldn't even realize its a litter scoop (could be a toilet brush!) And its so easy to clean. Plus, I like supporting a small business. Its worth the cost!

I like this scooper a lot. It's a good size and durable. My favorite thing is that it comes with the holder which has a bottom so any excess litter will collect in it and I can dump it back in the litter box. This feature helps reduce mess and waste. Descreat design is nice!

Although it was so pricey I expected the design and quality to be superior, at least better than a plastic scoop for sale in the Dollar Store. I liked the look; low profile, short handle and very unobtrusive.What a disappointment! This scoop is poorly designed and feces sticks to the plastic. After using it for a few months I replaced it with a metal scoop.

This product has a great design and I wanted to support a small business, but the design of the scoop is too compact and brittle for regular scooping. It's already starting to form small hairline cracks around the handle and I've owned it for less than a year. I like having the case and the sleek design, but I really need to side on function over form when it comes to a product for this type of "activity."

I was really excited as that cat scoop had a home. Draw back scoop is small and the handle is short.
