I use this product to supplement my Vitamin D3 intake (along with calcium, magnesium and Vitamin B12 complex) to strengthen my bones, especially in the winter months when I spend less time outdoors and there's less daylight.

Not an everyday vitamin supplement
I like the higher dose 1 or 2 times a week . It takes a while for the body to process vitamin D . Also the body can burn through quite a lot from stress and other factors . I try to maintain 60 or more ng/d in blood tests . So I like a high dose capsule .
