Corrisponde alla descrizione, buona qualità.
Sottoposta ad un test di deformazione abbastanza rozzo (foto 1) ha mostrato di avere una circonferenza di almeno 58cm che, secondo la nota formula, esprime un diametro di almeno 18cm senza eccessivo sforzo (c'era un margine ancora di circa 2cm, troppo al limite della tavoletta), quindi abbastanza vicino ai 22cm dichiarati.Dopo il test, la rete non ha mostrato deformazioni o rotture (foto 2).Naturalmente, nell'uso pratico, occorre inserire la carne attraverso un "imbuto" che mantenga aperta ed ospitale la rete (foto 3), perché altrimenti l'operazione diventa MOLTO difficile e anche lesiva per la carne. Forse da questo dipende la lamentela di alcuni che "è troppo stretta"?Naturalmente, è consigliabile estrarre la rete dall'interno e non dall'esterno (foto 4).In conclusione, sembra essere funzionale ed adatta allo scopo, nei limiti del diametro massimo (20cm, se non proprio 22).

Ce produit est parfait
Le produit en lui même ne souffre aucune critique toutefois, un "guide" ( sorte d'entonnoir ) doit être utilisé en même temps pour faciliter le travail, sans quoi, tenir une viande farcie et la faire entrer dans le filet n'est vraiment pas facile.
