Brother Genuine TN310Y Color Laser Yellow Toner Cartridge

Have used these Brother toner cartridges for many years and never had a minutes problem with them.

Great prince on this OEM toner - problem is the Brother 9970-CWD all in one gives a vertical line down the side of the paper and no matter what is cleaned, corona wires, the sheet feeder upper door strip of while plastic or the thin strip of glass is not resolving the problem. Every copy has this line, while newly printed items do not. Even taking existing document, converting to PDF and attempting to print it as a "new" document results in same issue, entire drum replaced less than 2 yrs ago, and has plenty of prints left on it - still I cannot get rid of this line.

I resisted after-market toner for a long time. But these work perfectly.

My 5 yr old printer was acting terribly. Making horrible noises and printing streaky pages not true to color. I had followed error messages on the printer instructing me to replace the drum and the belt, which cost combined almost as much as the printer. And it was still not working properly. I'd tried "compatible" toner cartridges and it kept telling me I was out of magenta, even though I'd just replaced it. Plus there was magenta toner dust all over the printer. As soon as I put this cartridge in, all my woes went away.

I received an open and used cartridge and posted a review accordingly. Within an hour, I received a personal apology from the shipper and was offered a new cartridge without charge. They over nighted the Cartridge and I am back in business.This update is to post my renewed confidence that mistakes can be corrected without drama or delay. Thank you.

It was too tempting to cut corners and buy non brother toner and sad to say, I ordered a refilled set from another vendor. 3 of the 4 leaked and almost ruined my machine. I've learned my lesson. I think the OEM toners are overpriced, but they work extremelly well. This is a great cartridge. No mess, and getting lots of copies out of it. No more off brands for me, at least not color toner!

I gave up trying to use new aftermarket color tonor as I cannot find a good brand that works consistently.I finally gave up and went back to using overpriced OEM tonor, at least they do not make a mess out of my printer that is a nightmare to clean up, and they always print very nice.

Ashame it’s so expensive but don’t bother with knock offs. These do not leak ink powder like the China copies selling at half the price or less.
