The lock looks like a used one.
When I have been delivered the lock ,I opened it and I found the lock looked like a used one. But all the keys are functioning well.Moreover though I didn't return it but I am not satisfied. To me it is good one but not the best.Always a brand new product and a used product have a difference.

Stainless steel coating, Poor quality
Poor quality, mentioned as stainless steel but it's coating price on par with godrej locks, purpose will not survive.
